Furthermore, he is well-versed in preventive insolvency measures, corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy law. Prior to founding the Group, Dr. Hamed held several prestigious leadership positions, including serving as a board secretary and heading the legal and regulatory compliance departments for multiple companies operating in Kuwait, KSA, UAE, and Oman. Dr. Hamed is a licensed attorney authorized to plead before the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation. He is also a certified arbitrator accredited by the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Kuwait Lawyers Association.
